Prima Worldwide is based upon the philosophy that a relationship is created upon building blocks of trust at the highest level. Only when a certain level of trust is reached actual business can be done. Our established relationships, and the relationships of members of our network and board, have taken numerous years to develop and cultivate. To effectively transfer the trust and rapport of our relationships to our clients, we utilize the below methodology.
Understanding our clients needs
The most important step within the process for Prima is to understand the client. We listen to our clients, inquiring of who they are, both in and outside their business, their dreams for their future, their goals and objectives. We seek to understand them personally and how they envision their companys growth, future and place within the market. As we begin to fill in the picture of where they want to go, we can then seek to move to the next step in the process, which is identifying the relationships that can help them fulfill those goals.
Identify the strategic relationships
Prima will work closely with the client and begin to prioritizes the relationship that will meet the clients objectives. We will develop the most effective strategy to facilitate the relationships.
Information provided
When the relationships have been identified, Prima provides a full bio, historical data, and relevant information for our client in preparation for the initial introductory meeting. Prior to the initial meeting, both parties are briefed as to the relevance and strategy of the meeting, the agenda, and the synergies that exist between the two parties.
Initial introductions
For the initial meeting or conference call, Prima coordinates the initial introductions for our clients. In some cases, a Prima representative will guide the discussion. If our client wishes to form relationships outside of their geographic area, Prima will coordinate all aspects of the journey including transportation, accommodations, and strategic meetings to achieve objectives.
Detailed Reporting for All Introductions
Prima provides a report outlining the current discussion, strategy, next steps, and follow-up in the development of each new relationship.
Extensive Follow-up
To develop relationships properly, Prima ensures that there is follow-up between our clients and the parties we introduce them to. We ensure communication occurs, information is exchanged and work to massage the relationship development to ensure it reaches the desired objectives.
